You’ll be able to apply a project template to an existing project, choosing whether to replace its future schedule, project details, or both.
Projects aren’t always created from a template from the start. Applying a template later will make it easier to use your standard project setup without having to recreate scheduled work and project details manually.

You’ll be able to move a project phase and its assignments together, making it easier to shift planned work to new dates without selecting assignments individually.
Project timelines often change as work is delayed, paused, or reprioritized. Moving phases and assignments together will make it easier to adjust project plans while keeping scheduled work aligned with the phase.

Admins with the Edit Account Settings permission turned off can now change a person’s project role or workstream, even when actuals have been logged against it. Previously, only full admins could make these changes.
Project roles and workstreams often need to change as work evolves. This update makes Admin permissions more consistent, so admins who manage day-to-day project data can make these updates directly without waiting on a full admin.

Manage project changes without bottlenecks. Admins with Edit Account Settings turned off can now change roles and workstreams, even when actuals have been logged.
Budget changes for projects using the Phases or Phases & Roles budget method now appear in the Activity Log. Each update shows the phase name along with the previous and new budget value — for example, “Phase Budget Discovery updated from $0 to $20,000.”
Budgets often shift as projects evolve. A clear record of phase budget changes makes it easier to audit updates, understand how financial plans have changed over time, and keep teams aligned on project budgets.

Admins can give restricted managers editing access to entire People teams through the UI, CSV, or API. New team members automatically inherit the team’s permissions.
