Webinar description

The past year brought new challenges - and fresh clarity - for resource and operations leaders. From evolving team structures to smarter forecasting and people-first planning, 2025 tested what works (and what doesn’t) in Resource Management. We’ll sit down with experienced RM leaders to unpack their biggest takeaways from 2025: what changed, what clicked, and what they’re focusing on next. Expect a practical, real-world discussion - not just trends or theory. You’ll hear how leaders adapted, the lessons they’ll carry forward, and the advice they’d give to anyone leading teams into an even more dynamic 2026.

What you'll learn:

  • The most important shifts and patterns that shaped RM in 2025
  • The lessons and “aha” moments in resource management
  • How roles and responsibilities in RM are evolving
  • What’s next for Resource Management in 2026 - and how to prepare
  • Actionable advice from practitioners who lived it
