Kerrie Kilford is the Head of Resource Operations for QinetiQ UK. QinetiQ is a UK-led multi-national organisation and a world-centre of excellence in research and development, acting as a catalyst for fast-track innovation, offering outstanding experimentation facilities, technical, engineering and scientific expertise. Kerrie has over 20 years’ experience working across Project and Programme Management, Business Operations and Resource Management and has been leading QinetiQ’s resourcing team for the past 8 years. This incorporates the implementation of career and competency frameworks, establishing an accredited function and leading a team responsible for the deployment and allocation of approximately 2500 engineers, scientists and technicians along with planning and scheduling of many facilities across a multitude of sites. Kerrie is a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP®) along with Advanced RMCP®, is APMP qualified and holds an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management.
Nora Fleischhut is an experienced transformation consultant, passionate speaker, and future of work enthusiast.
