With 15 years of experience in the tech industry and a global background spanning Europe, the UK, Canada, and the US, she brings extensive expertise in leading agile teams and managing digital projects. Nicole's drive to address the challenges of managing complex projects and resource allocation fuels her creative contributions to Runn. Outside of work, she indulges her passion for ocean swimming and occasional forays into kitesurfing, particularly in Wellington.

Nora Fleischhut

Nora Fleischhut is an experienced transformation consultant, passionate speaker, and future of work enthusiast. After working in consulting at one of the Big Four for seven years, she’s now partnering with Runn on a mission to unleash the potential of organizations and people by creating more adaptable, human, and joyful ways of working and enabling a change of perspective. With her optimistic, collaborative, and innovative mindset, she creatively draws on methods and expertise from the fields of neurobiology, behavioral sciences, agile ways of working, and psychology. How her friends would describe her to a stranger: Unfalteringly positive.

Tim Copeland

Tim is an accomplished entrepreneur with a track record of founding two companies, including one successful exit. He played a pivotal role in the growth of SilverStripe, a CMS platform, where he led the Sales team and achieved an impressive milestone of scaling annual recurring revenue (ARR) from $0 to $10 million. With extensive expertise in the problem space, Tim possesses a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges. Notably, he holds the distinction of being the youngest MBA graduate at Vic Uni, Wellington, further highlighting his drive for continuous learning and achievement.
