Webinar description

Ready to explore new approaches to resource management that bring the human element back into your business strategy?

Join us for an eye-opening webinar, "Putting the Human into Resource Management" where we'll explore unique and innovative perspectives to managing resources that will not only help you navigate turbulent times but also foster business growth.

In this session, we delve into the transformative journey of Raise, a company that harnessed a new, participatory approach to allocate people and work. This unique approach resulted in their ability to effectively steer through the challenges posed by the global pandemic. Get ready to discover how they reimagined work assignments and empowered their employees. As we wrap up, we address the pivotal question: What is the key takeaway for resource management professionals looking to humanize work distribution and empower their teams?

What you'll learn:

  • How does the assignment of work in a self-organizing system actually look like? Who holds the power to assign tasks?
  • In this paradigm where individuals pursue their passions, what role does the resource manager play?
  • What strategies can we employ to help employees uncover and share their passions, and how does this impact the organization's core beliefs and principles?
