As organisations expand beyond local teams to include nearshore and offshore talent, Resource Managers need to balance far more than availability and skills. Time-zone coverage, handovers, cultural differences, delivery expectations, cost considerations, employee experience, and access to opportunities can all influence whether a global staffing model works in practice. In this LEAP webinar, Beth Hunter, Lisa Reed, and Abhishek Gupta, explore the realities of managing talent across locations and what Resource Managers need to consider when supporting increasingly global workforces.
