Hana holds the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management and is a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP®). With years of expertise in strategic delivery, Lindsey has played a vital role in driving her team’s effectiveness across the multiple business lines RMs work with everyday. One of Lindsey's proudest accomplishments has been helping implement a new RMO presence to an emerging and rapidly growing area that now manages more than 100 resources. Driven by a philosophy of bringing structure and continuous process improvement to an ever-changing industry, Lindsey thrives on developing new implementation methods that enable teams to perform at their best. When she is not building relationships at work, Lindsey enjoys building them within her community by holding free yoga classes for her local park district.
