Christine Thomas is a Managing Director at Forvis Mazars, where she leads Talent Alignment and drives enterprise change and transformation initiatives across the firm. She built and oversees the firm's Resource Management organization, providing strategic workforce planning and talent deployment across Assurance, Tax, and Consulting, while leading onshore and offshore teams that balance client demands with employee development. She's also expanding into enterprise transformation, connecting people, processes, and technology to support the firm's evolving strategic priorities. Prior to Forvis Mazars, Christine spent over a decade at a national accounting firm in both client-facing tax roles and internal leadership positions across financial operations, capacity planning, and resource management.
Kate Brooke is the Senior Director of Resource Management at Baker Tilly US, where she leads the firm's centralized Resource Management function, aligning talent, data and business needs with strategic priorities. With nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting, Kate has helped transform Resource Management teams from decentralized, location-based models into enterprise-wide functions supporting more than 10,000 employees. Her experience spans building scalable operating models, using data and insights to inform decision-making, and aligning talent strategies with evolving business needs. Kate is passionate about the evolving role of Resource Management within professional services and its potential to serve as a true strategic partner to the business.
