Runn’s CEO and Founder, Tim, is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for reimagining how businesses run. Fueled by a people-first vision, he founded Runn to tackle one of the biggest frustrations for project-based companies everywhere: the constant tug-of-war between the work that needs to be delivered and the capacity of the teams who make it happen. His mission? To transform that misalignment into harmony, unlocking productivity, potential, and growth.

Previously, Tim co-founded SilverStripe and grew it into one of New Zealand’s leading digital transformation companies. Tim remains actively involved in New Zealand’s start-up scene as an investor, advisor, and mentor.
